The National Chairman of the Action Alliance (AA), Adekunle Rufai Omoaje, has responded to calls for his resignation. He believes that those calling for him to step down are simply busybodies who don’t understand the party’s goals.
Omoaje dismissed a group called ‘Concerned Stakeholders of the Action Alliance’ and stated that they are not recognized by the party. He said, “Their opinions don’t bother me because they are just busybodies. I am focused on improving the party and I haven’t done anything wrong.”
Omoaje assured everyone that he will not let anyone sabotage the party’s progress. He emphasized that the Action Alliance is here to stay and their main objective is to fix the party, not get distracted by unnecessary conflicts.
The National Chairman clarified that there is no factional chairman within the party, contrary to what the ‘Concerned Stakeholders’ claim. He urged the public to be cautious of anyone who falsely represents the party at any level.
Omoaje called upon all party members to work together and not allow anyone or any group to divert their attention from the party’s goals of moving the country forward.
