
Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State recently expressed his dedication to addressing the insecurity issues in the state. During a special church service held at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Awka as part of the Independence anniversary celebration, he emphasized his administration’s commitment to ensuring security.
The governor revealed that the state government has deployed security personnel to strategic locations across Anambra. This measure aims to enhance the safety of the people. Additionally, efforts are being made to improve intelligence gathering and sharing, which will further contribute to tackling security challenges.
Soludo reassured the citizens that his government is working tirelessly to overcome the security challenges faced by the state. He expressed confidence in their ability to find effective solutions and restore peace and security.
The governor also cautioned Nigerians about the dangers of fake news. He highlighted that some individuals take advantage of the current security situation in Nigeria to spread false information and misinformation. It is crucial for everyone to be vigilant and verify the news they come across.
