Bayo Onanuga, who has been appointed as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, has expressed his gratitude and commitment to the role.
Onanuga stated that he will immediately begin serving Mr. President and thanked Tinubu and the Nigerian people for their trust in him. He took to X to share his appreciation, saying, “I am honored to serve as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s special adviser on information and strategy, starting right away. I am grateful to the President for his confidence in me, and I want to thank my fellow Nigerians who have prayed for me and believe that I am the right person for this job.”
In addition to Onanuga’s appointment, President Tinubu also announced the appointment of Ms. Delu Bulus Yakubu as the Senior Special Assistant on Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.
It is worth noting that Onanuga previously served as a spokesperson for the Tinubu/Shettima presidential campaign team.
