Hey there, middle schoolers! Have you heard about the scary situation happening in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT Abuja, and nearby areas? Well, there are some bad guys called ‘one-chance robbers’ who are causing a lot of fear among commuters.
These robbers are really sneaky. They pretend to be taxi drivers or passengers, but they’re actually criminals. They carry dangerous weapons like AK-47s and use them to do bad things.
These ‘one-chance robbers’ target unsuspecting passengers and snatch their valuable belongings. It’s really scary because sometimes they even hurt or kill people who don’t cooperate with them. They think they can get away with it by using cars with different types of license plates.
These criminals are not just involved in robbing people, they are also connected to other crimes like kidnapping and causing chaos in the FCT and nearby states.
The good news is that the police are taking action against these robbers. They have a special team called the ‘Anti-One Chance Squad’ that is working hard to stop these criminals. They have already arrested some suspects and recovered dangerous weapons.
There have been some really scary incidents where people have been attacked by these robbers. One person named Greatness Olorunfemi was stabbed and thrown out of a moving vehicle. Another person named Monday Adache had to go to the hospital after a similar incident.
It’s important to stay safe and be aware of your surroundings, especially when you’re traveling. If you ever feel uncomfortable or suspicious about a situation, make sure to tell a trusted adult or contact the authorities. Together, we can help stop these ‘one-chance robbers’ and make our communities safer!
