Over 288,000 Young People Apply for Police Recruitment in Just One Week
Guess what? In just one week, a whopping 288,266 young people have already applied online to become police constables in Nigeria! Can you believe it?
The Police Service Commission (PSC) recently shared this exciting news in a statement. They said that as of Monday, October 23, 2023, at 7pm, the recruitment portal called www.apply.police recruitment.gov.ng had received all these applications. Wow!
The recruitment portal opened on Sunday, October 15, 2023, and will stay open until November 26, 2023. Why? Well, the Federal Character Commission (FCC) requires a six-week duration for eligible candidates to apply for any government agency’s vacancies. So, they want to make sure everyone has enough time to apply.
