The Supreme Court is puzzled by conflicting information from Chicago State University (CSU) regarding President Bola Tinubu’s certificate.
Justice John Okoro, who leads the 7-member panel handling Atiku Abubakar’s application against President Bola Tinubu’s victory, revealed this on Monday.
During the hearing, Justice Okoro emphasized that in criminal cases, evidence must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. However, in this particular case, the CSU has provided two contradictory letters regarding the authenticity of President Tinubu’s certificate.
The Supreme Court is now faced with a dilemma. They must decide which letter from the CSU to rely on – the one that verifies the president’s certificate or the one that discredits it.
