The Bishop of Sokoto Diocese of the Catholic Church, Bishop Matthew Kukah, is worried about many Nigerians who are unable to travel outside of the country.
Bishop Kukah expressed his concerns during a keynote address at the 3rd annual national public lecture in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. The lecture was themed, “The Nigerian Question: Survival of the Federation in the Throes of Increasing Economic Challenges”.
According to Bishop Kukah, he feels sorry for many Nigerians who face numerous troubles and are unable to travel beyond their immediate environments. He believes that they should have the opportunity to explore other parts of Africa and the world.
