Jadon Sancho, a player for Manchester United, has been instructed to train separately from the first team. This decision was made due to a “squad discipline issue” that needs to be resolved. The club made an official statement about this on Thursday.
Before a recent match against Arsenal on September 3rd, United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, decided to exclude Sancho from the squad. Ten Hag explained that this choice was made because of Sancho’s poor attitude during training sessions.
After the match, Sancho took to social media to express his thoughts. He claimed that he has been unfairly blamed for a long time and disagreed with Ten Hag’s statements, calling them completely untrue.
This is not the first time Sancho has faced exclusion from United’s training sessions under Ten Hag. Last season, the winger had to follow an individual fitness program in the Netherlands. As a result, he had to watch the World Cup from a distance.
