Tinubu Appoints Ex-NANS President,Asefon Adedayo as Senior Special Assistant on Student Engagement
Guess what? President Bola Tinubu has just appointed someone really important! His name is Comrade Asefon Sunday Adedayo, and he is now the Senior Special Assistant on Student Engagement. How cool is that?
We found out about this exciting news through a tweet from the official X handle of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, @NGRPresident. The tweet was posted on Friday, and it revealed Adedayo’s new role.
Asefon Adedayo used to be the national president of the National Association of Nigerian Students, also known as NANS. He has been involved in different political parties like the Action Congress and the Action Congress of Nigeria. Currently, he is a member of the All Progressives Congress.
Adedayo has a Higher National Diploma from Crown Polytechnic, Ekiti. That’s a fancy way of saying he completed a special program at a college. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. This means he continued his studies after college and earned another degree.
