The Minister of Women Affairs, Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, has made a strong statement against the United Nations (UN) regarding alleged financial mismanagement. During a press conference in Abuja on Monday, she expressed her concerns about the UN receiving money from donors on behalf of Nigerians.
As the Minister of Women Affairs, Kennedy-Ohanenye demanded that the UN provide a detailed account of all the funds they have received in Nigeria’s name. She emphasized the importance of transparency and urged the UN to share this information with the Nigerian people. If the UN fails to comply by November 15, she threatened to take legal action.
